1. Order Processing Time
After your payment is confirmed, your order is checked, prepared, packaged, and handed over for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. This includes order verification, product inspection, secure packing, and preparation for carrier collection. Once your shipment leaves our facility, available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Busy seasons, promotional campaigns, or increased order volume may slightly extend handling times.
- Orders submitted outside business hours begin processing on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates depend on your destination, courier route, customs review, local delivery conditions, and carrier capacity. The timeframes below are general estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our direct control.
- Domestic delivery where available: Typically 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: Typically 14 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the country and shipping route.
Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, severe weather, transport interruptions, regional restrictions, or carrier operations. Your tracking page will display the most recent status supplied by the delivery provider.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address, order size, package weight, and available shipping method. Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before your order is placed.
- Free shipping may be available during selected promotions, campaigns, or limited-time offers.
- Priority or express delivery may be offered for an additional fee where supported.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable after an order has been dispatched.
4. Order Tracking

5. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges required by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

- Packages refused due to unpaid import costs may be refunded only after shipping and return expenses are deducted.

6. Delayed, Missing or Damaged Deliveries
Once an order has been dispatched, the carrier manages the shipment and delivery process. Although courier handling is outside our direct control, Lymphoria will assist with shipping-related concerns whenever possible.
- If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please check nearby areas and contact the carrier first.
- Delayed or missing shipments may require an investigation by the delivery provider.
- If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us promptly with clear photos.
7. Correct Delivery Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Lymphoria is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled address information.
- Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an address change before dispatch.
- Address corrections cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
- Shipping address changes are not available after an order has been dispatched.
8. Returned or Undeliverable Orders
Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs charges, or incorrect address details will be reviewed according to the conditions below.
- Reshipping: May be available after any required additional shipping fee is paid.
- Refunds: May be issued after original shipping costs and applicable return fees are deducted.
